beyond frustrated! i have ONE user (but 2 are showing) and I can't print. System says I need Advanced User status (so I purchased ANOTHER user -- now I have 2 Advanced and only need one -- how do I apply the correct user to the tax return?

CALL THEM. CRY. MOAN. SCREAM. Get a refund for the 2nd user and have them train you how to do it without throwing money at them.
