Update 1/16/2024:
Lacerte e-file is now available for business extensions however updates are still required for 1065/1120/1120S for the tax returns. See the Tax Form Finder for more information on when forms will be available for e-file.
1/16/24: Edited to include details regarding 1120, 1120-S, and 1065 form and form instructions.
1/18/24: Edited to include details regarding 1120S and 1065 due to draft form and form instructions. Release date is TBD at this time. 990T and 8868 details.
1/26/2024: Edited to include IRS guidance provided for 990-T filers with due dates during the e-file shutdown period. Corporate 1120 returns are ready for e-file, the forecasting message regarding this tax module has been removed due to availability.
