support PA amended corporate form RCT-128C

Intuit should support preparing the PA amended corporate form RCT128C. A PA corporate amended return cannot be filed without this form unless no federal amended return was filed, which is unlikely.

I agree.  Intuit should have form RCT-128C available for C-Corp amendments, since the amended RCT-101 will not be accepted by Pennsylvania when there is a change in federal taxable income.  There was also not a diagnostic to notify the tax preparer that a PA RCT-128C needed to be manually completed.  Intuit - Please see form PA Rev-1175 which indicates the RCT-128C should be filed in certain cases.
