With the recent change in IL law, taxpayers are to get a real estate tax credit based upon the amount of IL real estate taxes calculated on their IL ICR form.  However, when a taxpayer has zero IL Income (all of their AGI is from retirement funds & SSA) then the numbers from the ICR are NOT flowing from the detail input screen.

Is there any way to FORCE the IL ICR to print in this c

I totally agree with Submission by Debbie G.   I tried to use filtering options to find out which clients did not owe IL income tax, in order to notify them of their need to file Form PTR, due to the IL-CR not flowing through to Illinois, but there is no such IL filter.  More detailed IL filters are needed.  Plus an automatic PTR for clients who had real estate taxes but form IL-CR was not filed with Illinois return.  This is creating a major problem!!
