What is the amount of time Lacerte will let you be inactive before it logs you out?

1 hour of no use time before Lacerte requires log in.

Is there a way to edit this time? or is the default 1 hour? Thank you

You get an hour, regardless of your desires, at this point.

There's a planned update at some point to extend that to 12 hours for people who have enabled two-factor authentication.

Thank you. 12 hours would be ideal.

Has Lacerte changed the timeout to a fixed time, rather than inactivity?

Last night I was changing from one screen to another for the same client, and it logged me out!

Previously, for the last few months I've observed that they don't seem to allow inactivity ticklers like caffeine any more.
