Unable to file 114 PDF to https://bsaefiling.fincen.treas.gov/main.html

I do not file electronically and have the PDF of 114 generated by Lacerte but unable to upload to 

https://bsaefiling.fincen.treas.gov/main.html. I tried internet explorer as suggested by their support. Please help. Thanks.

You can't.  Assuming you already have an e-filing account set up with FinCEN, you will need to use their own FinCEN Form 114 in PDF format to complete, validate, and submit the form on a discrete basis.  The form prepared using Lacerte or any other tax software are not be compatible and cannot be uploaded to FinCEN for fiilng.

What happens when you try to upload the pdf?

You also have the option to fill out the form on the website using their pdf or online forms.
