I think you will find that both of your cases have been marked closed by Lacerte; probably shortly after you contacted them.
That's how they roll. Close it without resolving it.

No, I find they are marked "Open"
But I am waiting on a legit and serious Service request from 2/21. The last one before this took 2 weeks to answer and the answer wasn't an answer.
I am going to spend the next 3 days enjoying the outdoors and check back next week.🙂
