How long are responses to service requests supposed to take this year? I have unanswered questions from February 24

I think you will find that both of your cases have been marked closed by Lacerte; probably shortly after you contacted them.

That's how they roll. Close it without resolving it.

But I am waiting on a legit and serious Service request from 2/21. The last one before this took 2 weeks to answer and the answer wasn't an answer.
