Organizers are printed from the PRIOR year softwear (sic).

Maybe, just maybe, Intuit ( @Kathi_at_Intuit ) will let you access 2024 'just' to generate organizers?  But you would only get blank/generic ones unless the 2024 return info was entered on a client by client basis.

Client letters are edited in (top menu bar) Settings > Client letter.  Beware that the word processing format used by Lacerte is *very* cumbersome.  I strongly suggest creating YOUR version by copying the default letter (that way you don't screw up the default letter & can resort to it if needed)

@George4Tacks - do you have any bookmarked snifty links with "step by step" instructions on editing client letters?

Hi @Anniebells07 Welcome to the Community! Thanks for choosing Lacerte and posting your first question! We have some helpful articles that may help with this:

If you need further assistance or access we recommend reaching out to Lacerte Support directly.

@abctax55 Thank for helping out and for the tag! You’re awesome and we always appreciate the guidance you share with the Community! And yes, the formatting in Lacerte’s word processing can definitely feel cumbersome at times. This is exactly why we give the option to edit. Creating your own version by copying the default letter is a great best practice, since it keeps the original intact in case it is ever needed. We know we are not the amazing @George4Tacks, but we did have these articles handy, and George4Tacks might have more to add! 😀
