My users are getting this when they are trying to efile. Giving them admin access works for now but not feasible to give that permission to everyone.
This is what they get -
Exception occurred during EF batching client: 15238X
Unable to copy record from PTDATAI24.db for Client 15238X: Cannot create file
"C:\Users\AppData\Local\Temp\13\15238X\PTDATAI24\15238x.idb24". The system cannot find
the path specified
Any help is appreciated.
