I opened a ticket with support, and after looking into it they took my info and said it was a current known issue. I just wanted to cover all my bases and see if anyone else has ran into this issue.
Lacerte 24, importing TB data from QB Desktop edition (not sure if this is related or not), the TB utility seems to work as normal, but after doing all the mapping steps as normal, and we go to click the 'Post to return' button, things still seem to look normal and we get success messages.
The problem is when exiting TB utility and going back into the destination return, there is no data in the input fields where there should be.
Anyone else seeing this?
PS- on a side note, does anyone have a good work flow for utilizing the TB utility with QB Online. Seems like MANY more steps to get the QBO output into a correct format for TB import.
