I purchased 200 e-signatures on Dec 26 for $594.83. Then Lacerte charged my bank account for another 150 e-signs at $446.12 without my permission on Jan 6. On Jan 8, they refunded the $446.12 but now all 350 e-signs are gone from my account. I was on hold for 2 hours with a rep on Thursday Jan 30. They finally started case number and said it would be fixed in 24 hours and its 4 days later and still not fixed. Been on hold again now for 30 minutes with Lacerte and just says high call volume. WHO CAN HELP at LACERTE to fix this so I can file returns? I was on a tech support call for literally 5 hours last week too and they finally escalated to person who could actually fix it in 20 minutes. WHAT is happening at Lacerte? The product this year is absolutely horrible and I've used it for 25 years. Is there a direct number to someone who can help instead of the people answering the phone who end up chatting with someone else who seems to be taking grocery runs between respones? HELP!!!!
