Hello - Is anyone else having an issue with Lacerte locking up when trying to send out DocuSign signature emails? I've been trying all morning with no success. The program locks up and I have to end task to get out of it.

After installing, or if you already have this tool installed we recommend running the PDF repair tool. The PDF repair tool often corrects this experience without any additional steps required.
If after doing this you continue to have trouble sending the eSignature your best bet will be to contact technical support so we can troubleshoot further.
