Hello fellow Tax Peeps,
does anyone have any experience with the Intuit Cloud Hosting for Lacerte (or whatever it is called)?
My boss is considering moving to the cloud for to help with remote work capabilities, I am just wondering if anyone has any experience and insight they would be willing to share
I like it. I am a sole proprietor with no employees.
I don't have time to write the reasons.
I don't use Cloud Hosting, but ...
Based on the posts that I've read, there tend to be more problems with cloud installations than with non-cloud installations. And when there is a problem, Intuit tries to blame the cloud provider while the cloud provider blames Intuit, so it can be challenging to get it fixed.
Based on the posts that I've read (both on this forum and other forums/groups), I would NOT use Intuit's Right Networks. However, there are several other companies than can host that cloud installation that seem to have better reviews. If I needed a cloud-based installation, I would possibly consider some other companies.
