I have had no problems with RightWorks. Installation prior to Rightworks used to be problematic and I would usually need to use that wieldy and inefficient Tool Hub.  I suppose I'm lucky because I'm a small guy with no IT support (except one time per year with an outsourced local IT guy). (I don't earn a commission, and I am always critical of Intuit when it is warranted.)
