Big, ugly error message when trying to do anything in Lacerte19. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, with no relief. Any thoughts?
Here's the error:

Follow the instructions in this link to do a FORCE install. It will overwrite junk program. It will not impact your data (although you should have a current backup). https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/help-articles/help/how-to-perform-a-force-install-of-lacerte...

I am also having the same trouble after the install yesterday. I have forced a new install and shut down my computer (twice). " Mine is Exception occured in the tax engine" and "Error while getting calculation data from engine 1607" . Super frustration with Support not open today and a day full of schedule !

Support is open on Saturday. https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/help-articles/help/how-to-contact-lacerte-for-help/00/4691
Just to be sure, I also see https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/help-articles/help/running-the-lacerte-setup-with-the-force-... with a restart afterwards often helps, but seems to have not done it for you.
Good Luck
Thank you ! I forget that they are 2 hours behind us !
