EF transmission error

I am getting a warning pop up box:

"An EF transmission is currently being processed. You may cancel it or wait for it to complete."

I cannot move between modules, cannot close this box, and to my knowledge there is no EF transmission pending...is anyone else seeing this or know a fix?

If you need further assistance, we recommend contacting Lacerte Support directly if you haven’t already. They’ll be able to help you with the “EF transmission is currently being processed” message you’re receiving.
