I received this Warning message
"An EF transmission is currently being processed. You may cancel it or wait for it to complete"
I cannot close Lacerte 2024 so an update can occur. Can anyone help me?
Were you able to clear this? Mine had this error when I opened yesterday and I can't get it to clear.

I never got any answers on here, but I called Lacerte and what they had me do was close Lacerte program and then go into my Lacerte folder on my C drive and then into my 24Tax/Option24/EF and rename my Msgs folder to another name - they suggested MsgsOLD. That worked, but I since have had to do that 3 more times. But it has worked each time. Hope this helps you as well.
