PDF printer is not working properly, system freezing and issuing an exception error. I tried repairing with Lacerte Tool Hub and it got worse - received a message saying the printer is missing - the famous Error 41, many users are mentioning it.
I had a hard time finding a rep to help me remove and reinstall the printer but I am back to square 1 - I receive the exception error.
I was told Lacerte is investigating the situation - does anybody have an idea why this is happening and what we can do to fix it? Practically I cannot use the software and we are end of February.

Are you using Lacerte DMS also?
Can you pls share a screen shot of Devices and Printers in your system? open the Start menu, click on "Control Panel", then select "Devices and Printers"
Also right click on Lacerte tax 6.5 printer and it's properties?

Please note that Lacerte 6.5 was removed and reinstalled today.
Can you please right click on "Lacerte Tax PDF 6.5" and share the properties. Also can you please try printing to PDF alone incase you are trying to print to printer + PDF together.

However, please contact me (info is in Lacerte data and if necessary, I can share it here) and I would be happy to give you access to the system and everything you need - this is a huge problem for me and would like to be able to get on with the work.
