It appears the coding is missing for individual employees. When I tried to ruin an individual employee payroll journal I got a blank white screen indication no records found when the employee has worked the entire year. I looked at the issue when selecting "Range" and all of the employees only have first and middle initials only, the employee's last names are missing. Also, A/R has so many issues, adding old information (2023) into billing, missing information, ect. it's a disaster.
I'm having the same issues with the A/R. Trying to print reports for A/R GL distribution and summary, put in the dates and all I get is "No records indicated for these date"!! Spent 4 hours on the phone with customer service last Friday and the problem still isn't resolved. I cannot close out the year and start January 2026 until this is resolved. My employees are going to be pissed if I can't write payroll checks this week!!!
The level to which this update fails is astounding. You would have thought they would have done a test run on basic parts of this program before they released the disaster of an update. I'm checking out other payroll software currently, I will not be renewing EASYACCT going forward. I wasted $3600 on a trash program and will have to spend more to get something that actually works. I feel your frustration and feel for the employees! This is just insanity!
