Does anyone at Intuit read this discussion board? The Accounts Receivable Module is totally useless since this update! When trying to access customers, it takes a full minute to open. When trying to enter an invoice or post a payment, I can no longer search by customer name without going through the entire customer list which is in alphabetical order.
All payments posted prior to this year's update have disappeared. I've tried going to my latest backup before updating this year and I can't access my company or any company without updating which screws up that backup.
We're having same issues, it made my latest billing super fun. I'm also having issues with running payroll journal for individual employees, it's missing the last names of the employees so it's definitely a coding error. For the price of this program it truly sucks. I'm looking into purchasing seperate A/R program and finding a different payroll program as well. This is will be my last Intuit purchase. They keep pushing EasyAcct user to Quickbooks and I absolutely hate that program, so that's not happening! Let's hope they get these issues resolved quickly!!
