Does anyone at Intuit read this discussion board?  The Accounts Receivable Module is totally useless since this update!  When trying to access customers, it takes a full minute to open.  When trying to enter an invoice or post a payment, I can no longer search by customer name without going through the entire customer list which is in alphabetical order.

All payments posted prior to this year's update have disappeared.  I've tried going to my latest backup before updating this year and I can't access my company or any company without updating which screws up that backup.

We're having same issues, it made my latest billing super fun. I'm also having issues with running payroll journal for individual employees, it's missing the last names of the employees so it's definitely a coding error. For the price of this program it truly sucks. I'm looking into purchasing seperate A/R program and finding a different payroll program as well. This is will be my last Intuit purchase. They keep pushing EasyAcct user to Quickbooks and I absolutely hate that program, so that's not happening! Let's hope they get these issues resolved quickly!!

Hi @The1CPA and @Dianna

There is a new release of EasyACCT available. With this release your concern might not be listed, however we want to update the threads in case someone comes to the Community looking for updates.

  • Company Wizard does not allow Custom Financial Statements to be Transferred
  • Creating transmission file in IRS 2025 generates an error
  • W-2 only creating W-2 for 1 employee
  • Creating transmission file in IRS 2025 showing incorrect file name when creating.
  • When Printing W2s with an Employee Range it errors No Employee Records Found
  • OK Forms OES-3 Results in error when check box to add Bank Info is selected
  • ZeroBalance field is not updating correctly during customer save/update
  • BatchPayroll-->ManualProcessing-->After entering any check number application is getting crashed
  • Automatic Deductions Report does not print for any withholding item selected
  • Import 1099-NEC CSV file in IRS Program generates Error 0
  • Bank Reconciliation , listing all of the payroll checks under 1 employee name.
  • A/R Transaction Entry Invoice Deletion Failure
  • Bank Reconciliation showing period in Payee/Description field
  • A/P transactions not listed in A/P Check Register Report
  • A/P Automatic Invoices not generating and giving an Error message
  • RUNTIME error number 0 , payroll wont print

Please note At this time, we do not have an estimated timeline for all fixes and do continue to bring forward concerns. Every item raised is shared with our support and development teams for review. Your feedback truly matters and development is actively working on a resolution.

If you are still experiencing any of the items listed above after installing Version 2025.2.02 or have any program questions, EasyACCT Support is best equipped to take a look with you.

We will share updates as more information becomes available.  We appreciate your patience and thank you for continuing to share your feedback.

Accounts receivable module is still useless and it is April 10. I have spent countless hours, during tax season, and still nothin since the new version release. I am a long time customer and I have never before felt like Intuit is really not trying all that much to fix this. This is vital. If you are not going to support Easy Acct then you should have said so before taking our money.

Cannot issue statements because the paper reports, statements, etc do not reflect what is in the software. I have customers whose statements reflect years of billing with any payments applied.

Come on Intuit--This is about getting the reports to reflect what is actually in the software.

How about a meaningful response as to where you are with fixing this. Surely someone there has a feel for what we can expect. I mean a definite type of answer.

@4TAX Thank you for posting and for taking the time to share. We understand how disruptive it can be when something does not work as expected. I wanted to let you know this has been reported to development for further review. Status updates will be provided via email.

Thank you for the response.

But there has to be more that what you have indicated.

There just has to be more specific information as to estimated time of resolution. I have been given this reply too many times to count. If this is not going to be fixed, it would be better if you would just say so.

Your comment 'this has been reported for further review" is not acceptable. This is an issue that has been ongoing for 3 1/2 months----What do you mean reported for further review.

I need someone from this development team that keeps being mentioned to call me. I feel this is not too much to ask after decades of being a customer.
