Issues Printing Cumulative General Ledger

I am trying to print the Cumulative General Ledger. I have tried multiple times and keep getting "Runtime Error 0: Please Exit and Try Again." I have done this so many times. I would just revert back to 2025, but then I cannot run 2026 payroll with the updated tax tables. Any advice on getting around this? Anyone else having this issue. Customer Support was not helpful, they said it would be fixed with the update yesterday.

We are right there with you. We tried the latest update, Running as Administrator, and all the other stuff that Intuit passes off blaming other companies as excuses for why their less than mediocre software won’t perform basic functions. We have not found a work around yet. Maybe by February we’ll get an update that fixes this issue.

I and some other users are continuing to use the previous version by copying the 2026 tax tables from the current version and pasting them into the old version.  Open the new EASYW files on your hard drive and find the file folder TTBLS26, copy that onto a flash drive, then paste it into the prior EASYW program.  That is working as a temporary fix for us.

Thank you for this work around. We have discussed reverting back to a previous version. It’s a shame that we are all having to become programmers or troubleshooting specialist for screwed up software that we all paid a lot of money for. Question we have regarding that is this: if a user has installed the latest version and wants to return to an older version, they would have to uninstall the current version and then install the older version, correct? We didn’t think you could run the installer for 2025.1.06 when 2025.2.02 is the current version already installed. Is this correct? Also, if you uninstall EasyACCT to re-install an older version, are the company files sitting in the EASYW or EASYW/DATA folders left intact during the uninstall and re-install older version process? Just making sure we don’t make a bonfire out of a current dumpster fire. Thanks again for your feedback as we all struggle through this nonsense together.

I am running last year's version on a laptop that still had that program.  It is still available for download and installing it should not affect your company directories.  This will only work if you have backups prior to the conversion.  Any files that have been converted won't open.  We were lucky and had most of our clients backed up before they were converted.  I hope this helps a little.

The cumulative general ledger does not pick up the sales journal correctly starting with March. Maybe something is not going correctly when you first open the company in the new 2025/2026 version. The cumulative general ledger does not match the general ledger and it has something to do with the sales journal entry.

I cannot get any of the cumulative reports to run either. I have audits I need this for, what the heck is going on. Seems like every year there is a problem so that we cannot get our end of the year work done on time.

I am only having this issue with one company but i lost several months from another. Don't understand why price goes up but quality goes down.
