I have entered the Star check rebate amount on the NYS information worksheet, but it does not subtract from the real estate taxes on IT 196.

I put the amount where indicated on the Information worksheet, but it doesn't travel anywhere nor does it reduce the real estate taxes on the IT 96 form.
