why is ty 2023 giving max loss deduction schedule E for active participation allowed $25000 plus the carryover from prior year for another $250000 showing on schedule 1 line 8 - Proseries

No propty sales for TY 23.  Intuit support told me to manually overwrite to what I think the right amount should me!

Line 8 of Schedule 1?  It shouldn't show up there at all.  Are you SURE that has anything to do with the rental, or might it have come from somewhere else? Which letter of line 8 is it on?

My point exactly.  I asked Proseries to elevate, they simply tell me to cyberlink then erase the cfw to 0 then move the number to 2023.  I thought it was unprofessional, however, it was the support who told me to post this problem on this site for discussion.
