Quick Employer Forms Changing Business Details

Good Morning Community, 

Our office is in 1099 filing season, some of our business clients who we prepare and issue 1099s for have changed addresses during 2025.  However, when we attempt to change the business details for the client, and hit save, the browser goes blank, we have to refresh and the changes don't save (i.e. they revert back to the original address) 

I am wondering if any of you fine peeps have ran into this issue as well, and if so how were you able to fix it?

I have not been able to find a good way to reach support.  If anyone hears when/if a fix will be available, please post here and/or at https://accountants.intuit.com/community/proseries-tax-discussions/discussion/2025-quick-employer-fo...

This quite frustrating - not being able to reach support.  Using the 1-800-446-8848 support number, there are no options for Quick Employer Forms software.

Hello! While a permanent fix is not yet in place, we do have a workaround that has helped some users and may help populate the Business Details page for you as well:

 

Steps:
1. Navigate to the "Update Business" page, click on the "Contact Info" section, and populate all empty fields with temporary values. Save the changes.
2. Re-edit the "Contact Info" section, remove the temporary values added in Step 1, and proceed to make the necessary updates to the business details.
