I have been e-filing sing 1/23. Today I tried to e-file and gets an error message to update installed products. I update installed products and still gets the same error message. I called technical support and was on the phone with them for 4 hours and my issues is still not resolved. The sent in an escalated ticket and said it will take 24 to 48 hours before I hear back. I still cannot e-file any returns. Is anyone else having this issue?
