Starting in the ProSeries Professional 2022 product, the New Jersey Fiscal (Midyear) returns are now included in the New Jersey Corporation and New Jersey S-Corporation modules.
The separate fiscal modules are no longer needed or available for download. These new forms are scheduled for release on Thursday 11/9/23, but they are not final for TY23. We are making them available early, to share the new experience.
For New Jersey Midyear filers with due dates of 11/15 and 12/15, in order to file an extension you will need to file it through the New Jersey E-file Portal.
For New Jersey Midyear filers with tax year end dates on or after July 31st, transferring prior year return information to the current year New Jersey return is disabled until forms are final.
