The new form 8879 no longer has the tax year listed on it. Please have an error on it so that we remember to fill it in.

Unfortunately, a Template edit will only be effective for NEW files, not files transferred from prior year.

That's only for new clients not transferred clients

Editing the client template does not make the year print in bold in the upper right hand corner. The phase "QMB No. 1545-0074" is there, not the year.
