New Year...More problems

1) Call to talk with a "Tax Expert".  The Tax Expert didn't even know what ERO stands for. he thought it was Electronic Return Organizer.   These people ARE NOT "Tax Experts" again, every year.

2) New this year, ERO electronic signature on 8879. Why isn't it populating?

3) INSISTENT Advertisements!  Every time I open the program. Every time I run updates insistent Intuit advertisements pop up interfering with using the program and working.   STOP THE ADVERTISEMENTS!

Totally agree, I keep looking as to how to get the " automated" signature on my 8879. Would be nice to show us how this works. 

I agree with the constant advertising. its annoying, just stop

Finally got someone who knew could reach out for answers.   To get 8879 to populate, look to tools/options/firm-preparer.  Under the ERO information there is checkbox to "print ERO name".   The issue now is that what it prints is the firm name from the tab "electronic return originator info" tab. Go to that tab and change the firm name to the ERO name if necessary.
