Modifying which parts of 1040 federal information worksheet print as a default

The 1040 federal information worksheet has 6 pages.  The default is that the first page only prints.  You can manually add pages 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 to print.  There is no way to have any of the pages 2 thru 6 print as a default on a transferred client, only on a new client.  There should be some way to set a default on a transferred client to have any of the additional pages set to print as a default.

On the top right corner of page 2 - 6 is a check box to include that page when printing

Yes, that will manually produce a result on a single client, but will not solve the problem of trying to set a default for all clients on transfer.
