Depreciation Schedule

Lindell12

I strongly encourage ProSeries to have the depreciation schedule be able to print out by "category" or "group" as well as, be able to sub-categorize for the assets, rather than a list of assets based on date. If you have a client that has numerous assets, this is a very difficult read. Some clients have several properties, and you could have the group name by property and under that property, you could have, fencing, equipment, buildings, land, etc. This seems like a simple fix and the category and/or subcategory can be entered when the asset is set up for depreciation. All the applicable columns need to remain as is. The final product would most certainly be a lot more user friendly. This is most critical when the assets are sold, especially the property and associated assets, and if they were all grouped together, it sure would be nice.

Thank you,

But that's why they have Fixed Asset Manager.  ProSeries is just the basic nuts and bolts.  If you want extra features Intuit wants you to pay a little extra.
