Hi Everyone:
I would like to formally request that I be given the option of turning off ALL masking of confidential client data when printing a client organizer.
I have gone to the Tools/Options/General menu box and UNselected the "masking rules" and assumed that the "masking" of the SS#, Drivers License# and Birthdate fields would be UNmasked. They ARE, in fact, UNmasked on the screens that I view, unfortunately when I "print out" a client organizer on my printer or in a PDF format, in order to physically or electronically transmit the organizer to my client, the UNmasking on those fields is still in effect. The UNmasking of confidential information and the printing in the 1040 product is working just fine, i.e. NO masking of data is occurring when I print worksheets or forms. This is occurring ONLY in the Client Organizer product.
I, as the practitioner, must have control of this feature. I do NOT want the software to default to or override my relationship with my clients.
