Bulk Email Client Organizer

It would be very helpful, save a lot of time, and a lot of paper, if we could simply bulk email the Client Organizers.  An extra step would be to make them editable so that the client could fill it out online, but even if they could print it out themselves and send it back, it would be a HUGE help!

Another helpful idea would be to take away the password protection from the Check LIst.  There is no sensitive data there and half the clients can't open it up.

I think it is ludicrous that I have to email the organizers one client at a time.   This is such an time suck.  Someone is not thinking of the Lacerte users that have to suffer through this.  I have hundreds of clients.

For the last 5+ years I have had to be the one to email hundreds of my clients their organizers...Doing it one-by-one literally takes HOURS. That's precious time that would be much better served doing something else. PLEASE listen to your Lacerte users and implement a way to bulk email our clients their organizers! Praying it's something my firm and I can look forward to in TY 2023!
