Do attached files get efiled even if they don't show in the saved file? I attached form 2553 but it doesn't show up in my saved files

After preparing a return and attaching the Form 2553 I saved the file to my computer in all three formats (FC, CC, PC)  When I open them the 2553 isn't saved.  Does it get sent when efiling?

If you go to EF homebase and see a paper clip before return type by that client it means an attachment was filed with the return.

Doesn't that paper clip get stuck in your router someplace?  You think they would use a staple or tape instead of a big paper clip.
