WV Special Non Resident in no longer working for people who live in VA, is there a fix for this in progress?

Good afternoon, after the last update, I can no longer chose on the WV state tax the Special Non Resident box and choose VA as the resident for this choice. The software keeps erroring out and saying that this cannot be chosen for this tax payer.

Clearly it can be as they are a resident of VA and have had WV withholding withheld.

Is there a fix in progress for this?
