Why is proseries printing two separate client letters with k-1s for each partner Form 1065?

Proseries Business returns, i.e. Form 1065 and Form 1120S program printing two separate K-1 letters for each owner. One with correct format and one with no name data for owner on K-1s.

There is a very simple explanation - there is a bug in the program and they ran out of their Raid supply.  Eventually it will be corrected.
