Why does VA-8879, e-file signing document, not populate the 'SPOUSE' column for a joint return.

All amounts are populated into the 'YOURSELF' column, and are the correct amounts for the total return.  Taxpayer and Spouse both have income.

It just hasn't evolved with the rest of the tax forms.  The VA 760-PY is the only form that still has two columns for TP & SP.  The 763 and the 760 just have the single column now.
