    Efile went live at 9am Eastern Time.  To ensure your ability to efile, please update your software by going to UPDATE and selecting UPDATE INSTALLED PRODUCTS

    Some forms still aren't final, and it doesn't appear that IRS has opened for accepting returns yet.
