Why do the Individual Estimated Tax Vouchers say DO NOT FILE in red under the dated 2022?

Because ProSeries has not gotten final approval from the IRS or state for the form.  You can check online for Form availability.

Thank you for your reply. I thought that might be the case. I just went to IRS website and printed them.
