Why are some returns still in "sent to Intuit: status after 5 days?

I have efiled hundreds of returns and for some reason 2 or 3 states returns are stuck.  They have said sent to state for 5 plus days now.  What do I do?

Just wait?

ugh if that is only solution....

ugh.

Knowing P.S. as we all do, technology doesn't always work. Many times states will have delays in processing. Other times certain states are just slower than other states. I'd wait it out, you still have 3 weeks.

You can highlight that state return in the EFCenter, then instead of choosing Receive Acks, choose Update Acks of Selected Returns.....if they got missed somehow, that should pull them in, but some states are just slow to accept.

Great news This was due to a State related update (Oregon). My mind wonders why these few were unique and all others went through no problem.  These returns (after update) now say sent to state like the rest of them. Lets hope that means they will be process with the others. thanks for responding!@!!
