Why are my unlimited states not showing up?

I am working in ProSeries 2012. When I go to print my return it says I need to pay-per-return for the Nebraska return and that I have all of my remaining unlimited states left. Back in 2012 we selected Kansas and Nebraska as our unlimited states. Why are they no longer showing up as unlimited states and how do I fix this?

ProSeries 2006-2012 have been unlocked for unlimited use. As a result, they no longer license, and you will no longer have the pay per return fee associated with using them. You will need to download the unlock patch specific to 2012 however. That can be found by following the link below,
