why are my e-file forms not printing all of a sudden

Just the signature pages?   A week or two ago, someone mentioned that they couldnt print the 8879s out alone (not sure if it was here in this forum or in the ProSeries FB Group), they could only print with the return.  Im not sure if they ever figured it out.

Do you maybe have the box checked to print to PDF by accident, rather than print to paper?

It will print the forms to a printer but not to the DMS or to SmartVault or as a PDF

So none of the forms will print to PDF?  or only the "efile" forms like your original post mentioned?

Im not well versed in PDF printing, I dont use DMS or SmartVault, so Im not going to be much help, sorry.
