    why am i getting charged to autorize returns

    Why am i still being prompted to pay $45 to authorize printing and filing a 1040 when i purchased ProSeries basic 20 plus one state?  is there something simple i need to be doing to authorize the print without giving my cc information?

    you’ll have to call support 

    If at first you don’t succeed…..find a workaround

    Are you using Basic, or did you download Professional by mistake?  If your toolbar looks like this, youre using Professional
