Where to enter IP PIN for tax payer and spouse (no IP PIN) correctly to efile?

Taxpayer has IP PIN (6 digit numbers). I entered in box "IRS assigned taxpayer IP PIN". Is there still errors in part "Practioner PIN Program (5 digit )" ? How can I fix the errors? Please help
Taxpayer filed join with  spouse (spouse does not have IP PIN,  how can I enter?

In PS, IPPIN goes on Part VI of Info Worksheet, Electronic filing of Tax Return Info-continued.

It can also be found on the end of the signature line on the 1040.

Six digit IPPIN and 5 digit Practitioner PIN are two different things.
