When will the Illinois forms update both personal and S Corp

We talked with Proseries on the phone today and they said Illinois and other states forms are still not current?  How can that be? Does anyone know what the issue is?

CS barely know their own names.....

You will need to uninstall/reinstall the illinois modules. There was some snafu early in the season with Illinois not updating properly....

To uninstall the IL state:

For Win10
Right click the Start button > Settings > Apps   scroll down the list to ProSeries 2018, click Uninstall    It will act like its going to uninstall the whole program, don't panic, it wont!   Another window opens with a list of modules to uninstall, choose IL state.   

I believe for Win7, its under Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs  Uninstall PS18

If the question refers to IL update/forms issues, you can be sure to find a kid cleaning the toilet once you click on the post to see the answers provided.  That has got to be the cleanest toilet in town.
