1120 Client Letter

My 1120 Client Letter included a paragraph stating that this client used to be an S Corporation.  Not true, and I don't recall checking any box indicating this.  Why was this disclosure in the letter?

Great clarifying question.  This paragraph is in all C Corp return letters, and it does not apply to any.
