    The calculation of taxable Social Security should NOT be affect by making Unemployment nontaxable.

    You may want to wait for the update, which is scheduled for tomorrow.

    @TaxGuyBill wouldn't the calculation of taxable soc sec be affected by total income?

    Yes, total income BEFORE you subtract the $10,200 from your income.

    If you just enter $10,200 on Line 8, the program will incorrectly calculate Social Security AFTER the $10,200 is subtracted.
