Thank you for the information. I had a code for the agent to see it but I didn't get anyone to pop up or anything. First timer with the system and whole experience
Its used with phone support so they can remote in and view your screen.
so you call tech support ?? what number do you call for them to help look it over for you?? Thank you for your insight and helping me.
