It is too late for an individual extension unless you have an extremely rare individual with a fiscal year end. The deadline for filing a 2018 extension for anyone living overseas was June 15, 2019. You will need the name, address, SSN, and some information as to the amount of taxes withheld or estimated taxes paid, and a reasonable estimate of the taxes that may or may not be owed for 2019.
